The problem does not come from lyophilized but from the carrier Chronopost. The package arrived torn in 2 places as if someone wanted to look inside. Fortunately, nothing was missing from what was ordered.

We used your products during a family bike ride and it was excellent. It was melting and the flavors very balanced. A very nice discovery, the kids are still talking about it

Lyophilise is a very serious company that quickly addresses the rare problems when they occur. Beyond their quality products, they resolve the situation immediately and in a very professional manner. I recommend this company for the seriousness of its teams and the blind trust you can have in their after-sales service!!!

No worries about the quality of the products received as well as the store. However, due to a failure of Chronopost, I did not receive my package on time despite the additional shipping costs associated. As a result, my weekend outing was done without an adequate sleeping system (ground mat).

I bought sweet and savory crackers, which were somewhat crushed by the water pouches in the box. I sent a complaint email on 13/09/26 but received no reply. I'm satisfied with the rest of the order and the delivery time.

Response from Freezedried & Co
Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry about the condition in which some of the products arrived.
We did reply to your complaint, but later than expected. We only have one person handling several hundred requests, which can unfortunately lead to longer response times.
Please accept our apologies for the wait, and thank you nonetheless for your positive feedback about the rest of the order and the delivery time.
