Little by little, I'm trying all the vegetarian products on offer, and I keep coming back and ordering more of them. I'm extremely satisfied. I don't know how to cook, and for me this is the ideal solution for having something different every day.

I’ve ordered two different types of long-life emergency water from FreezeDried & Co, and both orders arrived very quickly! 🙌🏽😊 Excellent communication throughout, with early tracking updates and regular notifications at every stage of delivery. 👍🏽 The team were also fantastic at keeping me informed about shipping and customs. Both my orders were under the £135 UK customs duty threshold, so there were no additional customs charges to pay. 🙏🏽 Obviously, I haven’t opened the water as it’s for emergency use only, so I can’t comment on the contents. A brilliant shopping experience from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend FreezeDried & Co! Thank you so much! 🙏🏽🙌🏽👍🏽😊

The after-sales service was fairly responsive, but there were issues with SolarSun, the portable solar panel distributor. The original panel stopped working without warning, and the device wasn't taken back for repair (which raises questions about its environmental impact and lifespan of less than a year, as well as the lack of repair service). Perhaps you could review your suppliers of electronic products and the reliability of their products? I received what appears to be a new panel as a replacement, since a refund wasn't possible. Let's hope it lasts longer... and that this isn't a batch defect like the faulty Nitecore batteries. Thank you to the Lyophilise customer service team for responding quickly and speeding up the replacement process.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback and comments, which we have taken note of. We understand your concerns about the reliability and repairability of these products, and will be sure to pass your observations on to our supplier.
Regarding the refund, an exchange is indeed our usual procedure when a product is defective. However, if you would have preferred a refund, you could certainly have requested one so that we could consider this option.
We're glad you appreciated the responsiveness of our after-sales service, and hope your new solar panel will fully meet your expectations.
Have a lovely day,
The Lyophilise & Co team
