First order of 10 items to test before a larger order, delivery requested at a relay point 2 minutes on foot from my home. Result: 3 missing items, and a package delivered 30 minutes in transit... Contacts with customer service are cordial, but almost 1 week after my complaint I still do not have a clear answer on what will happen.
