I bought a pack of 10 meals from the Adventure Food brand and 5 breakfasts. I ordered the same product from the same brand on Amazon Spain and it never arrived. Lyophilise & Co sent it to me from France and I had it at home in a few days. Well packaged and good communication about the shipment. I haven't tried the food yet because I bought it for a bike trip in Alaska this summer.
We are glad to know that the delivery was quick and that everything arrived in good condition. We hope the products meet expectations during your adventure in Alaska.

Everything was correct except for the delivery location. I couldn't change the delivery place of the product when placing the order, as none appeared. When finalizing the purchase, it automatically changed the delivery location to my home to another one that was not mentioned anywhere. Fortunately, I was finally able to pick it up at this second location. Other than that, everything was perfect.

A customer for many years, I have always been satisfied with the services of this company. Wide selection of quality products. Competitive prices. Fast and careful shipping. Efficient customer service if needed. The only small regret is the stop of shipments by Colissimo which forces me to pick up my orders at a relay far from my home. It should be noted that in my village, home delivery by Chronopost is a real disaster. But Lyophilisé & Co is not to blame for that.
