Missing instructions, including how much water to add

Translated reviews

Response from Freezedried & Co Published on 21/11/2019

Thank you for your confidence. Concerning the preparation of the eggs, the quantity of water to add depends on the consistency you wish to obtain (scrambled eggs, pancake batter, cake ...). One egg is equal to 13 g of powder, so you need 3 tablespoons of water for one tablespoon of powdered egg. Sébastien from the Lyo team

Everything is as ordered. Quality products and impeccable service at Lyophilise. The only negative point is the delivery, I had asked for a 24h delivery, and received my parcel in 48h (it's not Lyophilise's fault). Chronopost "screwed up" at one point. I had no explanation on the subject despite my request for information sent to their service. Lame post office

Fast delivery Considering the small size of the item, it might as well have arrived in my mailbox rather than having to pick it up at the post office. It wouldn't have cost any more...

Thank you very much for your feedback. You have chosen to have your order delivered to a "point relais" and not to your home. This is why your parcel was delivered to the chosen point relais. If you wish to have your order delivered to the address of your choice, please select "Colissimo 48H à l'adresse de votre choix". I apologize for the inconvenience and wish you a good day. Hello, there's no home delivery. What happens if you order a volume equivalent to 3 months' worth of products? Is there a measuring cup supplied with the boxes?

Translated reviews

Response from Freezedried & Co Published on 15/11/2019

Thank you for your feedback. To choose home delivery, select "Colissimo 48H à l'adresse de votre choix" which is below the Chrono and Colissimo point relais carriers. At the moment, we don't have a dispenser to measure the required quantity of water delivered with the boxes. But we're thinking about integrating them into our various packs. Sébastien
