As always, a top-notch service. A customer service that reassures you and keeps you informed in real-time about your order and the deadlines, super important when, like me, you are trekking and need your order on time because it's impossible to wait two days for a package. Thank you for your work.

Disappointing because the expiration dates are too close for dried meats. I would not recommend anymore.

Thank you for your feedback.
Indeed, for this type of product like dried meats, the DDMs are often shorter than for other references in our catalog.
However, we understand your disappointment and take your comment into account.

I placed my order on Monday and by Wednesday morning I had received it at the relay point. It doesn't get better than this, you are perfect. Package well wrapped, product perfect as always, rock-bottom price, excellent explanations on your site. I would give 10 stars but I can only validate 5, but 5 very big ones. Thank you for everything.

The efficiency was there, after 15 minutes my bolognese pasta bag was nice and hot. Another advantage is the way to reduce weight and bulk in the backpack compared to the gas stove. very hot. Very practical and this system also helps to limit weight in activities.

About 4 days delivery time, and freeze-dried food is always a little less tasty than fresh. So a few extra herbs would be nice. But otherwise, good stuff.

The cartridge adapter from kadea was very affordable compared to other providers from the French supplier; even with shipping costs. The quality of the adapter is good. The delivery time was quite fast at 2.5 days
