Several items did not match the description given on the site (weight, color, included accessories). What I reported was corrected very quickly and the also quick response from customer service indicates that they will conduct a general check, which earns them a third star instead of 2. For now, this general check has not yet been done, or not yet completed (I made this report only a few days ago), since I know the weight of at least one item that is incorrect and has not been corrected. If weight is important to you, compare on other sites to be sure of the information before placing an order.

Thank you for your feedback.
All your remarks have been duly noted and we have made the necessary corrections. To date, the product sheets concerned have been updated, so we do not quite understand your remark indicating that nothing has yet been corrected.
The general check has also been launched, but this type of control takes a bit of time given the number of references present on the site. We therefore simply thank you for being a little patient while we continue these verifications.

Does not feel like eating an ice cream

Response from Freezedried & Co
Hello,
The product is not cold like a classic ice cream. However, the comparison with an ice cream mainly concerns the creamy texture as well as the taste.
Thank you for sharing your experience.

A customer of Lyophilise.fr for a few years now, I have never been disappointed. The site offers a wide range of products compatible with my needs (Marathon des Sables, mountain trails or hiking, etc.). Moreover, the prices are not exorbitant, and the deliveries are fast.

No attachment system on the backpack strap as advertised. Or perhaps the instructions are missing.
