Very good welcome. It was a first visit. We bought a skateboard and the seller didn't try to sell us the most expensive one. Very good advice

Very good site and order received on time but small downside, my shoe box is in poor condition.
I highly recommend ordering on this site nonetheless.

Very good, fast and serious, Chronopost a little less... but well, let's be clear, like every carrier, it's not the company we buy from, it's just a transporter, who do their job moderately well. Long live hawaiisurf

It says delivery 24-48h, everything was in stock. I chose this site for the delivery time but the promises were not kept. Ordered on Friday and received the following Friday because I called to find out where my order was. Otherwise, I wouldn't have received it yet. Very disappointed with the service. I won't come back

Response from HawaiiSurf Published on 08/05/2019

Hello, you placed your order on Saturday at 10:15 PM, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, your order was processed on Tuesday, your order was shipped on Thursday, you received it on Friday, our announced deadline is 24/48h, it's a deadline that starts at the time of shipping, so indeed we had a slight delay but not a week as you indicate in your review, you received your package in less than 72h, which is not the same at all, you will agree.
After the weekend we have a lot of orders to process, we are a small shop with few staff and sometimes there can be a slight delay, you received your order on Friday instead of Thursday, I don't think that deserves a 1/5 but that's your feeling, we take it into account and apologize for this exceeded delay.
Have a good day

The site, on the other hand, is like all other e-commerce sites, nothing fantastic.
