Full scratch plate + felt-tip marking
Translated reviews
Response from John Steel
Hello, thank you for your comment. All materials without PVC film will almost always be scratched. If the material has a PVC film, this is indicated in the product data sheet. As for the pen marks, these are necessary to identify the plates. This can be removed with a simple solvent. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us :-)

I recommend this company. The product, the cut and the attention of the sales department, really excellent. Just the delay, 8 days between order and shipping is very good but 8 days for delivery is a bit long.

Just how to erase the writing on the steel.
Translated reviews
Response from John Steel
Hello, thank you for your comment. To erase writing on metal plates, just use acetone or another solvent. And simply make a pass at it. Once this has been done, we recommend a complete cleaning of the plate for optimum use :-)

My order dated 30/04 is still being prepared, despite the claims of the customer service department, which had promised me delivery ex works on 14 May. We're a long way from an 8-day delivery time. As it is, I cannot recommend John Steel.

Hello, thank you for your comment. Production is currently under a great deal of pressure. There's a surplus of orders, a shortage of materials, and the absence of certain key members... there are many factors. To date, we can guarantee that we are doing our utmost to smooth the flow of orders and are optimizing production to resolve the situation.
