We were delivered on time but at a relay point when it should have been at home. Otherwise, the product is very good. The adjustment could have a latch which would be an improvement to the current product.

Fortunately, this MassMe cushion exists. It allowed me to sleep in the recommended position to better heal the macular hole. The first night was not easy, but then you get used to it. Thanks to the inventor of this product, especially a French one.

Very well thought-out ergonomic headrest with many application possibilities. The only downside: changes in the tilt of the cushion column are very cumbersome and stiff.

I appreciated Mr. Pétri's commercial service; indeed, I had cataract surgery with a vitrectomy requiring a "bubble" position, head parallel to the ground... but only for a duration of two days, so I did not use the head support and turned it around... However, I must point out that for a long recovery, it is a wonderful and easy-to-use tool. Best regards.

The product helped me a lot after the vitrectomy, in maintaining the prone position

Very useful item for many situations in life. I ordered it for an eye recovery but had to organize myself differently. It could have been valuable but arrived too late. Beware of any scratches on the face in the chin area caused by the sharp hard plastic not perfectly covered by the pillow. The shipping cost is too high (42.90 euros) to receive it within 24 working hours from the order if placed by 2 PM on the same day, and it is not related to what was promised on the site: I placed my order at 1:30 PM on a Friday and received it the following Tuesday. The requested reductions in shipping costs were not applied.

Delivery was very prompt after payment, unfortunately the part did not meet our expectations. The return shipping cost money, but the refund was credited to the account after about 14 days.

Excellent product especially for those like me who have undergone surgery (on the eye) for VITRECTOMY, allowing for an acceptable recovery with its use, a nice design, comfortable and easy to assemble! I am very satisfied! Albano Sidari

Thanks to MassMe, the citrectomy is more bearable. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it.
