Delivery was late Trott additional payment

The quality is very poor and does not look at all like the pictures show. The gift was intended as a Christmas present and I ordered it over a week before Christmas. The website said until 3 days before Christmas that it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, this was not the case - the parcel only arrived 6 days later, i.e. almost 2 weeks after the order was placed, even though it was advertised as 48 hours shipping EU-wide. Even when I asked the support there was no helpful answer only a copy paste answer that the order is in production. Rarely experienced such a bad service unfortunately you can not give zero stars 1 star is unfortunately already too much for such a bottomless performance.

Lamp received broken, not what I asked for and no response from after-sales service, so very disappointed with this service.

Absolute garbage, never again. Battery lasts a maximum of 15 minutes. Cheapest China goods !!! Hands off !!!

Damaged object disappointed

I received a product that doesn't work... after several emails, no return.

I placed an order on December 5th and paid 7€ for a 48 to 72h delivery. I only received it on December 13th because the address was supposedly incomplete, even though it was correct. Very disappointed.

I didn't expect it to be a small disappointment.
