Damaged object disappointed
I received a product that doesn't work... after several emails, no return.
I placed an order on December 5th and paid 7€ for a 48 to 72h delivery. I only received it on December 13th because the address was supposedly incomplete, even though it was correct. Very disappointed.

Dissatisfied with service: received incomplete order, missing USB charger ordered together and paid for. I have been writing to support for a week now to point it out and no one has responded. Gone. Doesn't seem serious to me.
I ordered with confidence. I thought it would be a quality product. Paid very dearly. What arrived was cheap glass and even had scratches and cracks around the edges. I wrote on the website what the problem was but no one replied, they still haven't replied. This is such a disgusting service.
