I paid for a 24h delivery service, and it arrived 2 days later, I claimed for a refund for the difference of arriving in 24h to 72h and no case, they shielded that it was the problem of the transport company, when surely they will ask for compensation.

Cependant vous avez choisi la méthode de livraison 48/72H pour l'Espagne. Du fait que les transporteur ne livre pas le samedi, vous ne pouviez pas recevoir votre colis à temps. Il aurai fallu choisir la méthode DHL Express 24H. En espérant que vous ne nous en tiendrai pas rigueur, je vous souhaite un bonne journée.
