I did not receive exactly what I ordered.

2 weeks to receive my products. Choronopost sent my package to Bab El Oued disappointed

Time of reception much too long

I wanted to test the peeling and I had an allergic reaction. I would never recommend this product.

Some products were missing. Fortunately, the customer service is great and my products were finally sent to me.

There is an item missing from my package

The soap is perfect 👍 I love it on the other hand I have a problem with the moisturizer without oil, its packaging does not work well. I struggle every time to get a dab of cream.

The soap caused me to have redness, pimples and irritation.

Unfortunately order received by half

I asked for my products to be delivered to a relay near my home, and finally I was informed that the delivery was made about 50 km from my home. Following which I contact the customer service pin up who clears himself of the problem of delivery by saying that it does not manage this part there. After I had to report the error to the carriers myself, I was informed that the package would be delivered to the initial relay chosen. And in the end I had to go pick up my package in the neighboring city in times exceeded those planned.

I couldn't use either the exfoliator or the mask. As soon as I put it on my skin, it burned. I had to take it off. I was scarlet and my skin was burning.

I placed an order and received it well. But there were some items missing so I reported it. I was told that they would send me back the forgotten items but again I received but still 1 item missing... disappointed!

Null after sales service! The package was not prepared correctly and my order was missing a product! I paid for it! But it was a shame to put the blame on the delivery when I made it clear that it was impossible because the box was in perfect condition and the security tape was in perfect condition!

The mask was not closed properly so there was some around the jar but the soap was great

Usually I have no worries. But here the jar arrived and it was already opened, half of the cream had dried. I sent a message but got no answer. Very disappointed considering the prices!

The products are great, my skin is smoother, I have no imperfections and my pores are filled in. However, I'm taking stars off because of the brush: after a week of use, the hairs have all come off.

I ordered a pouch to transport the products and I did not receive it but the products are perfect

There was one product missing that I still haven't received!

Usually very satisfied with my orders I came across a product where the pump does not work unfortunately I found a solution to use to get the product out anyway but I am a little disappointed I admit it does not remove the quality of your products I reassure you.

The package was received on time with good packaging. One of the two products did not have a "quality certi" sticker and the cap was already open when I opened the bottle... So I don't dare to use the makeup remover.

The skin is drier after application.

No thanks to you, I ordered 2 mists when I wanted 2 creams without oil :/ (packaging quite similar) I do not use the mist because after having tested it, in 3 pchiiit this one does not work any more and sends me water of a blow and that is not pleasant. While the oil I put it for years twice a day. Too bad!

An error in my very first order. I was offered to choose between either an exchange or a discount on another product! Nice anyway but as a trade, both could have put in granted. That's a shame!!! As of today, I still haven't received my exchange.

Fast delivery, product that dries my skin.

I bought the special oily skin set thinking it would be effective based on the reviews but unfortunately no effect on me.. my skin still shines just as much 😔

Very good product, except for the makeup remover that had trouble flowing.

Hello, I received my order but only halfway! I had ordered a brush that I never received! Cdt

The soap is good. On the other hand, the peeling is not at all dead skin that is removed, it is rather the product that dries.

For my part nothing extraordinary unfortunately. the smell just 1 second and the effect on the skin I see nothing, I prefer 1000 times the soap and milk
