Thank you Plantin for your gesture. Following a delivery problem with Chronofresh, for unknown reasons, I could not receive my truffle in time for my meal. Customer service (Laurent) was very kind to resend the order within 24 hours and offered a nice gift voucher as a bonus. The truffles were still and always excellent. Thank you
Quality very average after a 300g error on the second shipment, they have soft spots and white mold, really disappointed

All our truffles are harvested, prepared, and shipped fresh, then checked and sorted by hand in our workshops. The presence of soft areas or whitish traces can sometimes appear when the truffle evolves rapidly, as this product is particularly fragile and living.
