I waited to use each item ordered to review them. They are all of excellent quality, perfect as I expected them to be, the only flaw was the strainer inside the teapot causing a weak brew, I easily solved by leaving the leaves loose in the water. I will continue to purchase products.

I am very happy with the items I have ordered. I would like to know how the reward system works, as I have already ordered EUR 400 worth of goods. Something was mixed up in one order and the tea caddy I actually ordered was delivered later. - My thanks to the customer service. I am very enthusiastic about the tea caddies, coasters and teapots from Ryokucha. The reliable and fast delivery is very important to me, but I am particularly impressed by the extensive selection.
