Tomojo kibbles make my cat vomit and no refund possible. Response: no solution was provided during our email exchange, you just asked me to consult a veterinarian, result: my cat is in good health.

Response from TOMOJO
Olivier, I am sorry that the solution provided during our email exchanges does not suit you ?? We have checked the production and there is no anomaly, that is why we could not refund you.

An interesting and secure subscription formula over time, even if the frequency is a bit difficult to implement when you have several species of animals and therefore different kibbles, and thus a differentiated consumption rhythm.... And always a warm welcome and personalized advice! Thank you Alice!

Response from TOMOJO
Thank you Isa ?? You have the option to have several subscriptions with different frequencies precisely to meet the needs of all your animals!

Ultra-fast shipping, small toy as a gift. Composition of the kibbles is okay except for the duck fat (preference for wild sardine oil). Kibbles a bit large for a small dog of 4kg
Translated reviews
Response from TOMOJO
Thank you for your feedback Valerie! Our recipes for adult cats and dogs without cereals do indeed contain duck fat, which represents 6.6% of the total ingredients. It is necessary to meet the lipid needs of the animals and plays an important role in the palatability of the kibbles. However, all our other recipes do not contain it: we have managed to substitute it with organic sunflower oil! TOMOJO continuously improves its recipes and relies on the development of the French entomoculture sector to successfully incorporate insect oil into future formulas??

Radar always appreciates these kibbles and jumps higher and higher :-) Makala and Tagada aka "Moumoun" are getting a bit tired of them, they are losing weight and for better balance they like a little mix of kibbles especially in autumn when they change their coat. As for Zouzou, always on time and doesn't make a fuss, everything is fine. All thank you, and send you kisses. The Crémens Team

Your comment brings us a smile Quitterie ?? It can indeed happen that they get tired of their kibbles and want a change. In that case, the solution you adopted is perfect: we incorporate new kibbles with the old ones and it's back to normal!

My cat loves it and it seems to be effective for his sensitive stomach (he vomits much less than before - but I still alternate with his other kibbles to avoid a radical change). The delivery was fast. The packaging is very good, respectful of the planet! Everything to please. Bravo for this initiative. Keep it up! ?? Thank you

Cats do not like Tomojo kibbles
Translated reviews
Response from TOMOJO
Marie, it happens very often that cats suffer from neophobia when suddenly imposed with a new diet. For the transition to Tomojo, we recommend a food transition period of 2 to 3 weeks. We explain everything in detail in our little guide that is automatically attached to your order confirmation email!

I gave an average rating because I find the initiative excellent (I myself do not eat meat) as well as the composition of the kibbles. But unfortunately, total failure with my dog who didn't even eat one. I encouraged him to try one but he stubbornly spat it out on the ground…

Response from TOMOJO
Oh no Julie ?? Have you tried mixing them with his current kibbles? The food transition is important for your dog (and his stomach!) to get used to the new kibbles! Patience is key ??

Thank you for your feedback Ségolène. We offer discovery boxes on our site, which contain 2 samples and treats, just to test before diving in ?? If your little one doesn't accept them even with the food transition, it surely means they are not to his taste ??
