Healthy and environmentally friendly cat kibble. They smell good and my cat loves them. Customer service is GOLD! Every time I have an issue, they manage to find a solution. In short, even if their products can evolve over time, they always ensure that we are satisfied. And that feels good! I recommend.

We love it and so do our cats. The only downside is that the size of the kibble varies too much, some are huge and don't fit in our Pipolino and others are very small and come out too quickly, it's very complicated to find a balance for the dispenser's flow. The size really needs to be better calibrated.

Thank you for your feedback, please feel free to send us a photo of the different kibble sizes so that we can pass the information on to our manufacturer. I will already pass the message on for now ??

We have been using Tomojo for years. Our shepherd has an allergy to certain foods and Tomojo has been a lifesaver. It's insect-based so it does not contain the usual poultry that often is pumped full of antibiotics, hormones and who knows what that causes intolerances in dogs. The food is grain free, and contains a smaller number of ingredients, no strange fillers or anything. And as they are insects… I imagine, no pesticides :) Our dogs love these, and they are super sustainable food options for those who care about the environment. Customer service has always been fast and helpful.

Hello, regarding the service I am disappointed that: I changed my credit card, which I did on the site as soon as I received the new one. My account is on a subscription order and that's where everything starts, the new card is not recognized, message about the situation, I go to the site, my account/my payment methods, and nowhere on the site do I find the problematic situation of the unrecognized card, no possibility to validate the payment. I had to place an order (of course without the subscription order advantage!! the most frustrating part of the situation is that the next day I receive a message informing me that my (subscription) is validated I will therefore receive 2 packages of 12 kgs. Is this business??
