Customer reviews of TOMOJO

Perfect! Precise and timely order. The kibble is eaten by all four of my dogs.

Excellent product. Perfect product available at an interesting price, fast delivery.

Very fast delivery. To see later if the dogs appreciate this change of kibble.

Very good thank you.

Ease of use of the site, easily reschedulable delivery...

Reliable subscription system. Fast shipping.

I discovered these kibbles by chance... looking for something good... healthy for my cats. They love it. These kibbles are appetizing... they fill them well. And especially it's important for me who wanted to find an alternative to beef... fish... chicken, etc... while keeping what they need in proteins. Using insects is very good... my cats always chase after them... they love it lol....

My dog and cat love it... I will repeat my order ??

The vet assured me that it was of very good quality. The cats love it, it is delivered quickly and we can easily modify the subscription frequency. I am delighted!

My dog and cat love it.

The kibbles seem to suit our cat well, the shipping is fast.

Top products, and attentive to their customers

The concept is great, the kibble is of good quality, my dog is in great shape, has a shiny coat and a lot of energy. Deliveries are perfect

I have been ordering my kibble from them for several years, always satisfied! (And my cat too) And I had a problem with the carrier who marked it as delivered but I hadn't received anything, and they were super responsive to send me a new package via another carrier. They are top-notch and attentive to their customers

My cat loves them and is in great shape.

I bought a pack of insect-based grain-free kibble for my cat in September, as well as Moosh coat and skin treats (my cat has some skin issues). She likes the treats, but the kibble is not nourishing enough for her. She is fed kibble ad libitum + one wet food per day. Since she switched to Tomojo kibble, she has been visibly losing weight and just nibbles at her kibble (even though it's ad libitum). Now that the pack is finished, we have switched back to kibble from another brand that she had before with chicken, and she devoured her bowl as if she were starving. I now have to ration my cat who can no longer manage her kibble ad libitum. I think Tomojo kibble is not nourishing enough, I liked the concept a lot but unfortunately it doesn't work in our case. Her skin issues have not improved either. I also want to note an issue with the delivery, we received a half-empty box with only the Moosh snacks and not the kibble ordered.

The delivery person never rang my doorbell while I was present all day and went directly to a drop-off point

Product ordered to avoid cereals and battery farm animal proteins

My cats love this kibble.

Hello, I had tested the samples, but she didn't like them too much, but the senior kibble is more suitable. After that, she doesn't eat only the kibble. Tested and approved by Nouschka. Thank you, the TOMOJO team

Since my last purchase, my cat has stopped eating TOMOJO. I think you changed the formula. Thank you for your ultra-fast refund. See you soon, Mathieu

Everything is perfect

Great company that always respects delivery times, responsive customer service, I recommend!

My dog loves it. I will place my 3rd order

I am very happy with the way I handled my order. They delivered very quickly.

These kibbles are suitable for our French bulldog. I appreciate the subscription option (subscribed for several years after testing a first pack) and the customer service is very good.

Great as usual and our pets love it, plus they have ultra silky fur!

A committed company of great quality for animals, we are reducing our impact on the planet and our cat is healthier. We recommend it 100%!

After reading a few years ago the composition of cat kibbles, I urgently searched for another solution, better for our cat's health. We started giving her small fresh fish and, luckily, I soon found your ad for Tomojo. Our cat is still in very good health, she is turning 10. Thank you Tomojo

Great product

Kibbles for my dog Voltaire with, at 3 years old, an autoimmune disease....he loves them!

My cat is used to insect kibbles but having had delivery issues with another supplier, I turned to the Tomojo brand. The first delivery was impeccable and the kibbles were very appreciated by my cat who has a beautiful shiny coat. For the second delivery, I made a mistake in the renewal, the order was canceled and immediately postponed with a lot of kindness. Kudos to Tomojo for all these successes!

Paz, my cat loves his kibbles, just as much as the little grasshoppers he doesn't miss devouring in the garden. And that's what motivated me to buy him insect kibbles. His coat is silky, he is in great shape!

Discovered at the agricultural fair for a trial......one morning I forgot to give the little Moush to my two cats......mid-morning I caught my little one who had knocked over the box where I kept his treats and toys...... He was nibbling the Moosh packaging..... not the others.....he wanted to access the kibbles......

Kibbles supported and appreciated by my border/setter mix. Top-notch customer service, always there to meet our needs ??

My cat consumes your senior kibbles without any visible problems

Kibble well appreciated and tolerated by our dogs, fast delivery. Only regret: the absence of a delivery point near my home.

I won't detail my satisfaction with each order ??

The dogs love the kibble. The delivery time is great.

The kittens appreciate the kibble. On my side, I regret the too high carbohydrate content and the protein level being too low. I would gladly take your product again when the proposals are revised according to my pups' needs. The quality. The appearance. The smell. All good.
