As the barrel was second-hand, there were the usual red wine stains, which I removed in no time at all (a quick, light sweep of washing powder and an immediate rinse with a little bleach to avoid darkening the wood). A coat of colorless varnish and the barrel is as good as new. MAGNIFICENT!

Delivery took nearly 2 months After contacting customer service after a month they told me that the parcel would be sent the following week but it only left 1 month later I was told that my parcel was leaving and that I would receive a tracking link within 24 hours but I never received it.

nowhere was it specified (or specified very poorly) that the casings would be sent frozen. as a result, when they arrived at my home a long time later, i received soaked bags of casings in bags of water. i'm not sure what i'm going to do with them... but for the other products, they're fine. so i still trust the site... but not for casings!
