This stone transforms pizza baking, the dough cooks instantly but remains soft with beautiful air bubbles. Remember to sand the peel with very fine sandpaper or the blade of a razor knife."

I wasn't informed that my order was on hold (a grid was missing and wouldn't arrive until October), so I contacted customer service who quickly found a solution. The tracking was perfect, but if I hadn't seen that my order was on hold (for 15 days already), I wouldn't have been contacted and would never have received my order in time for my husband's birthday. Otherwise great.
