Perfect delivery. Everything is in order. Very responsive customer service. Always available on the phone, very friendly. I am very happy. But be careful when ordering, check that it is in stock, because I have two orders, one since January 25 and still not delivered.

As described Quick delivery One small problem: my name wasn't on the parcel, so I wasn't informed that it was available at the parcel post.

An instruction manual tailored to the machine (unpacking, start-up, use) would have been welcome.

Delivery is super fast.
I can't comment on the customer service as I haven't had any problems with my parcel.
I can't comment on the merchandise because it seems to be in good condition, but I haven't used it yet.

I cancelled an order the day after I made it, they initially agreed however they still took money from my account and sent the order 6 days later then proceeded to tell me that I had ordered twice (I only had 1 confirmation email). They only admitted fault once I pointed that out. The pasta machine also isn't the same as what they are advertising online which they say they note online (they don't)
