Nothing to say about tompress, but the delivery wasn't top-notch. The delivery didn't take place on the day it was supposed to because there was construction work going on in the street, so the next day I was absent and had to pick up my parcel at the post office.

Response from tompress.com
Hello, during our discussions, we carried out the tests required to identify the problem. This procedure does not accuse you of anything, it is intended to help you immediately when possible. Following the tests, it appears that the machine must be returned to us. We have provided you with a pre-paid return slip from Tom Press, so you don't have to pay anything. Best regards.

The parcel was well packaged, however having ordered glass jars I think the packaging could have been reinforced. Afterwards all the goods were in good condition, I checked them with the deliveryman. I recommend Tompress.
