I receive a duplicate order with double billing. I refuse the second order, I make a complaint, impossible to ask the company to come and collect the duplicate package. The invoice will not be paid, and the package is waiting at the reception for someone to come and collect it. Moreover, there was a second item that I was supposed to receive later. To avoid a double delivery error, customer service preferred to cancel this one... I will have to redo a purchase order and place a new order. An error by Wesco, a double penalty for the customer.
