I never received my order even though it was shipped on November 17. The customer service is unreachable so I don't know what's going on. I sent an email and they offered me a complaint that will be processed within 10 days, unacceptable!

Why charge for a colissimo if we are picking up our package at a relay point? A relay point that can be the post office anyway! Might as well have it delivered by the post office in that case, we use less gas!

I bought musical toys and if I did it, it's because I was satisfied with the first order which concerned stuffed animals

Received earlier than expected so nothing to complain about regarding delivery. I would like to order more often but the prices on all products remain too high for childminders with small contracts

Every time I clicked on a product when I wanted to return to the list of other products it took me back to the beginning and it's annoying

Disappointed with the plate received. It's simply plastic while I expected melamine or something resembling porcelain

The order tracking showed my order as nonexistent, so no information on the delivery. Product delivered to a pickup point for over a week without info (my order almost went back...) while the delivery was normally scheduled to home. Info obtained after contacting customer service.

Regarding the delivery, the delay was too long. No possibility to schedule a delivery before 1 month after the order, which is very unfortunate

Unsatisfactory delivery, package left in the rain in front of the building, in view of everyone, while the staff was present. The delivery person didn't even try to ring...
