Good customer service, fast delivery. Regarding the products, possibly offer kits to equip classrooms with science materials (pipettes, test tubes...)

disappointed because I could not modify my order and take advantage of the special Christmas discount code 'free shipping'. I will be more vigilant next time. I did not find it very commercial on the part of the person who responded to my request since we have been customers with you for many years. Best regards, nursery 'l'ile aux enfants'

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with Wesco!!! defective products, long delivery time, excessive prices!!! Moreover, the sales representative is really bad, does not know her clients and does not follow her orders. This is my 3rd nursery, for the others, I will definitely switch to the competition

After an impression of mastery of IT tools (proposal for delivery on January 18), the package arrived on December 20 without prior notice and was left in the building's hall while we were at home. Conclusion very poor for information and delivery.
Very good for the product.

Thank you for your feedback.
We indeed managed to restock earlier than expected on the product you ordered. You should have received the automatic shipping confirmation email. But sometimes this email ends up in the Spam folder of inboxes.
Please know that Wesco places the utmost importance on the quality of its services and the full satisfaction of its customers. The delivery of your order was not carried out according to Wesco's quality commitments (information and delivery against signature) and we apologize for that.
We will take the necessary measures to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Thank you again for informing us.
