The order sent did not correspond at all to the order placed, no control during preparation and shipping. I reported the problem to customer service who informed me that they would proceed with an exchange by sending me a prepaid label via email. 7 days later and despite follow-ups, still no label for the return nor a package corresponding to my order, even though I indicated it was a birthday gift. Customer service no longer responds to my follow-ups. I am used to online shopping but I have never seen this! For individuals, I do not recommend this site at all, regardless of the quality of Wesco products.

Hello,
We did not appreciate the delivery at all. The delivery person left everything on the pavement and before 9 am without caring whether we could retrieve the equipment or not. Moreover, he was unpleasant and rude to my colleagues. It's a shame because you have quality equipment and with such a disastrous delivery, it does not make you want to recommend. The transport provider really needs to be reviewed!!!
