I placed three orders with Wesco at the end of July and the end of August with a delivery on September 2 for the two orders placed at the end of July. No news from the customer, no email or call. I later learned that the products that were in stock at the time of my order are no longer in stock. I am still waiting for my delivery from the end of July and still no news.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to evaluate your recent shopping experiences on our site. We sincerely apologize for the unavailability of some of our references as well as the delivery delays. For each of the three orders placed, you received emails informing you of the order status and estimated delivery dates. Based on the information we have just verified, the last delivery is scheduled for the end of October. We are aware that these successive events are disappointing and we regret that they impact your trust in Wesco. We hope you will give us a second chance to make a better impression in the future. Have a nice day.

The website is pleasant to use. You can easily find items either by reference or by their name. And the images accurately represent the reality of the product.
