As this was my first order, I was a little unsure at first because of the slightly longer processing/delivery times, but when I received confirmation that it had been dispatched, it went very quickly. And the Lucy figure is stunning!!! Top quality. I could imagine ordering here again if I am looking for a very specific piece of jewelry.

Improved navigation. Question-answering could be improved: often no answer to a question if it does not correspond to a criterion. Correct customer service. Satisfaction with previous and current orders.
