I sincerely give my opinion. Sometimes the price of certain products is higher. But what's really great is that you can find everything, with a very wide choice and a quick turnaround. That's why I gave it 5 stars, I've never been disappointed.

As it happens they often sell things they don't have in stock and have to order, extending the promised delivery time.........

My only drawback is that one of the brushes didn't have the bristles protected and that the parcel arrived a little late... something that can happen as it has never happened with previous orders. Satisfied all the same!

I discovered the site to change my Amazon orders. As a result, it took over 5 weeks to receive a product that would have taken 2 days on the other site... And no communication apart from automatic emails "your parcel has not yet been prepared". What a shame!

My Valissant, In your order was a product in the form of a "Pre-order" A pre-order is an advance purchase that allows the customer to reserve a product before its official release or availability in stock. For the 1001Hobbies online store, a pre-order allows the customer to secure the purchase of specific products directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Pre-orders are subject to the vagaries of manufacturing, manufacturers' unpacking, etc. We are not responsible for delays. The dates communicated are those transmitted by the manufacturer at the time the item is put on line.

I ordered 5 models. One model was built and I wrote to tell them that I wanted to return or exchange it. They responded by giving me a mailing address and told me that they will tell me how to make the return. I do not know if they will refund me the money, they will send me a voucher. I will not buy again. I do not recommend it because they do not give facilities for the return.
