Very efficient and speedy supply and delivery.
Very good product, the cushion on the seat slips a bit. Otherwise very comfortable.
Delivery on time but not at the foot of my building as announced. Parasol in good condition and in accordance with the information available on the site. Assembly and usage instructions are brief; no information, particularly on how to remove the fabric. Problem, the fabric of the parasol has two small holes which I fear will enlarge over time. I will contact customer service about this.

Fast delivery, good product that meets our expectations
We received our order with almost all items damaged. We sent an email with photos 5 days ago and still no response. For a purchase of over 5000 euros, I think the quality and service are lacking...

Beautiful products of good quality. Too bad, no delivery/assembly options upstairs like other furniture sites
The garden furniture ordered was supposed to be delivered in 6 packages. I received three the day before yesterday, 2 yesterday, and for the 3rd which contains the Calvi 3-seater sofa, it is unknown... the delivery method is therefore a big problem!

Here is my Mobellia experience. I bought a Murano table 240x120 in May. I waited until June to open the box... and I discovered a huge impact. The company Mobellia accepted an exchange without any problem. A week later, I received the second table. This time I looked at the box before unloading. I noticed three holes, and through one of them... an impact on the top! I refused the table. I contacted Mobellia who accepted without any problem to send a third table! A week later I received the third table. I checked the box again... another hole through the box! The friendly and understanding delivery person agreed that I unpack the table! Yet another small impact on the top! Nevertheless, I accepted the table, tired of so many setbacks. Summary: beautiful table, impeccable customer service. But with too many intermediaries during deliveries, I would advise Mobellia to pack their tables much better.
I highly recommend. Professional, responsive service of great quality. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Serious team, attentive and very efficient. Thank you for your professionalism!
Fast delivery, item as described, tracked delivery and responsive call center
Superb garden lounge. The waiting times were long because the material was out of stock. Upon receipt, I reported a few small issues (different color, chairs compared to armchairs). Mobellia reacted immediately and replaced the defective material that I received two days later. Responsive service, I will not fail to advertise in my circle.

Just as ordered perfect and speedy delivery
Very aesthetic and comfortable living room. We will see in use regarding the durability of the cushions. Be careful, it takes two people to put on the cushion covers which are very fitted and difficult to put on. Kudos to the after-sales service, you were very responsive in sending us the 4 missing legs of one of the sofas. It's appreciated to have a person on the phone who addresses the problem immediately.
The product is of much better quality than when I bought the Calvi set, both in terms of its cushions and covers. It's a shame I couldn't complete the totality because the replacement cushions for 7 seats no longer exist and no solution has been proposed.
Very bad customer experience regarding delivery and tracking (3 days stuck at home in total). Even though we are satisfied with the table and chairs ordered, we will not return to this site given the mediocre quality of the carrier and the after-sales service tracking from Mobellia, from whom we are still waiting for the email informing us of the rescheduling day......if you want customer feedback regarding the quality of the furniture, there are a few things that clearly need to change! (The carrier and the reliability of the online staff).

After checking, your order was placed on June 3, shipped on June 4, and fully delivered on June 9, which is within the timeframes specified in our sales conditions. However, we understand your dissatisfaction, as the carrier initially announced a delivery on June 6 before postponing it to June 8 (with June 7 being a Sunday), and then delivered an incomplete order. This situation is indeed regrettable and beyond our control.
As is often the case when a package is missing from a delivery, the missing item was represented on the very next working day, which was June 9. Throughout this period, our customer service remained at your disposal and responded to your requests. Our teams also contacted the carrier several times to expedite the resolution of this situation and obtain the delivery of the missing package as soon as possible.
That is why we are somewhat surprised by your assessment of our after-sales service, which has been mobilized throughout your case to assist you and liaise with the carrier.
We do take note of your comments regarding delivery tracking and will pass them on to our logistics partner to further improve our customers' experience.
