Product matches the description.. the problem: it is not specified that the cushions are not covered with the covers.. (delivered separately!).. big hassle to set up.. (3 hours!).. especially the armrests.

Very disappointed. The delivery does not offer the option to leave the heavy packages at the installation site. One of the legs has an obvious paint defect on the visible side and the supplied caps are the wrong size for the legs (profile 60x60x2 mm), making it impossible to assemble them. I am still waiting for a response from customer service.

Regarding the delivery, unfortunately our carrier currently does not offer the possibility of moving the packages to the installation site. We are aware that it would be a very useful service, especially for bulky and heavy products, and we would like to be able to offer this option in the future.
