Super quality but too expensive compared to other silhouettes at €16.00 cheaper, see comparison with other silhouettes of almost €20.00... could you lower the prices because many friends are tempted by these large models but as soon as I mention the prices... no, I would pay that.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Alain, Thank you for taking the time to publish your review. We import these cardboard figurines from England. This greatly impacts the price (transport, customs, etc.). As you may have noticed, our prices are among the best on the market ;+) See you soon. The BBG team.

The delivery is catastrophic. Announced in 10 days, the package was delivered with a week delay. It was a birthday gift, plan 1 month in advance given their efficiency. The package wasn't even delivered to the right pickup point. As for the package itself, everything seems correct.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Manon, Thank you for taking the time to publish your review. We are sorry for this experience. We contacted you by phone but reached your voicemail. We hope to speak with you in person. You ordered an item deliverable in 10 working days. Unfortunately, we have a delay of 3 days. These items come from England. And since the implementation of Brexit, there have been some hiccups (customs clearance longer than expected...). Things seem to have returned to normal. Please feel free to contact us. The BBG team.

I ordered two items, one is fine, the second is completely moldy, I sent an email with photos... still haven't received my replacement item after 25 days... too bad.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Catherine, As mentioned on the phone, this item must have been exposed to humidity during transport, which is very rare. We have sent you a brand new item. Best regards. The BBG team.
