The product is really great but the delivery was very slow.

The fencing mask sent does not match the one ordered, it is a much cheaper and lower quality model. I requested to initiate the return process and asked to receive a prepaid shipping label, since the error is to be attributed to the seller, but I have not received a response.

I ordered a custom jacket in April of 2025, I finally got it in November of 2025 and it was the wrong size. They told me they were going to remake it. I confirmed my sizing and have not heard anything in almost two months. The process of working with this company has been extremely expensive and extremely frustrating and after almost a calendar year. It seems like I am out hundreds of dollars and still don't have a fencing jacket that fits.

Product conforms but significant wait even if exceptional.

The delivery times were very long and unfortunately the parts broke on first use. The heads of the weapons broke without impacting each other, but as a consequence of the contact between the wooden shafts.

The customer service was quick to answer my questions. They ship to the U.S. (though it does cost extra), and the products came in good condition.

Purchase of 3 fencing pants pluderhosen. Purchase made in October 2025 and, already in the description, Black Armory had notified that production times could vary from 4 to 8 weeks. After the first month of waiting, I opened a ticket to ask about the status of the pants, Anthony, a friendly and professional staff member, replied to me. Well, Anthony never stopped keeping me informed about the order, which, due to the presence of the Christmas holidays and the enormous volume of orders in progress, was completed in early January. I could spend hours talking about the pants, they are excellent, comfortable, and really beautiful, however, I want to highlight the extraordinary professionalism in customer service provided by Anthony and Black Armory. My fellow buyers and I felt supported and cared for week after week. I highly recommend purchasing from this manufacturer, which, despite the difficulties encountered by other users in past years, is getting back on track to the best of its abilities.
