I ordered 2 synthetic longswords and one pair of fencing gloves. Order arrived and ONE LONGSWORD WAS MISSING. I have sent an email explaining the situation the same day the order arrived (12 days ago). NO REPLY. I also sent another email 6 days ago to remind them about the situation. STILL NO REPLY TO THIS DAY. Order at your own risk!

Dear Cezar, (I have also sent you this message by email) This is Anthony, the director here at Black Armoury. I am very sorry for this communication situation. Our young customer service person came to the end of his contract end of June and decided to return closer to his family in his home town. Unfortunately this has caused a long delay in handling messages since I have had to temporarily take them over directly. I confirm that only one of the two disc pommel longswords was shipped to you and that this was an error. We have been waiting for disc pommels from the supplier and you were meant to be notified that the second sword would be shipped as soon as we have stock. I'm sorry that you were not correctly informed. I have confirmation that we have receive these pommels yesterday afternoon and your second sword is pack and being picked up by DPD this morning, August 2. Your tracking number is DPD 10633004464455. Tracking will be available as soon as DPD scans the package at their logistics center. Again I am very sorry both for the stock situation, and for the unacceptably slow communication. I ordered two ARCEM Mini Gorget, but only received one in a package. tried to contact the shop for a week via Email and Messages in Shop but no responses yet. Also there is no one picking up the phone. avoid this shop at all cost - they took my money and ran - no customer support would give 0 stars

Very satisfied with the material and quality of the ARCEM jacket, but a big negative point on the delivery times (we'll put that down to the current global context) and especially on the lack of communication. Indeed, despite significantly exceeded deadlines, we are not kept informed of the progress of the jacket's production. When it's the first one and you're waiting for it to practice in better conditions, it's unfortunate. I would certainly try the experience again for a custom ARCEM 800N hoping it goes better now that I have what I need to practice. Good continuation.
