Hello, I have received 6 boxes, but there is no protection in the cardboard box: as a result, two boxes are damaged (dents). Does this affect the expiration date of the product? Otherwise impeccable.

Response from Freezedried & Co
We apologize for the inconvenience. Our customer service department has contacted you. If they are only sunken, there will be no conservation problems. It is important to check that they are not pierced and that the dent is not in the joints. We will notify logistics of this incident so that it doesn't happen again. Thank you for your trust and loyalty. The Lyophilise & Co team
