The chronoposte service is deplorable I stayed at the relay point during delivery to not see my parcel during delivery and received a notification of refusal of delivery even though the parcel had not been transported by the deliveryman. When I asked the center to make the parcel available, it was transferred from another center. The parcel had never been delivered.

This seat doesn't live up to the description at all, far too narrow, too hard and totally unstable. It is unusable. Very unhappy and disappointed.

Ordered on a Thursday before 10am with express delivery for delivery the next day, which still cost 10, only to be delivered on Tuesday. So I paid 10 to be delivered in 4 days, delighted. Otherwise, the merchandise was fine and in perfect condition.

It's a pity that the description isn't complete, because a thermos that doesn't close and isn't waterproof isn't useful. we wanted it to hold a baby potty. in the end, it's going to gather dust in the cupboard. on the other hand, it's worth pointing out that we received the parcel on time and quickly 😉

New product (water filter), the box was not sealed in the carton. the plastic packaging was cut with scissors. why, that leaves something to be desired for this type of product. it's unacceptable. manufactured products arrive in sealed packaging normally, I don't see why the seller violates this packaging which is basically a guarantee for the consumer.
