The cushion is removable and the bamboo cover can be hand or machine washed at 30°. The bamboo cover dries very quickly.

Perfect, this cushion is a great help in following the protocol. It soothes my cervical vertebrae and allows me to rest comfortably when I have to keep my head parallel to the ground for 20/24 hours (following a vitrectomy). I don't know what I'd have done without it! I just have to reposition the Velcro fasteners from time to time. I recommend it 100%.
