Package not delivered to the right place, impossible to retrieve it
I made a mistake when validating the order, I had put one item in duplicate and I quickly realized it. I sent an email and you never replied. I clearly stated that I made a mistake and that you should remove one, and nothing was done. I paid for both when I only wanted one, and I received both, so it's shameful. Not even a response. Removing an item from a box doesn't require much effort. You are incompetent. Always charging more
Package received does not correspond at all to the order placed! No response received from the company following the various emails sent! It clearly smells like a scam! I will advise against contacting this company!

Lamp purchased with an alarm clock. The alarm clock has a defect and does not display the time correctly, plus it does not hold a charge. I contacted customer service but received no response from them. So clearly I do not recommend the services offered by this site, and I strongly doubt the veracity of the positive feedback they have received ....
Disappointing experience, I just opened my package and discovered that the plate is broken. It was a gift intended for Christmas and I was really looking forward to giving it... I am very angry because I got fooled.
I expected a more powerful lighting
Not satisfied with the size, the description is not at all in line with reality. It should not be labeled as 'indicative'. For me, it's misleading advertising... The description needs to be revised..
Deplorable customer service, does not check the work done before sending, photo printing and inscriptions reversed. Second shipment after complaint, package unrecoverable with incorrect information and non-existent codes to retrieve my package. The customer service does not even try to fix the situation, they inform you that they have changed carriers and that you have to deal with it. In summary, I ban this company.
I sent two emails, no response. I request a delivery to one place and it is delivered to the other end.
The plastic subject was broken probably due to a delivery person who is not careful and the packaging needs to be reviewed. No response after my emails that I sent.

Very disappointed nothing to do with the photo on the site
Very disappointed with the quality of the products! The site highlights "French company" but it's pure "made in China" product! I asked the photo lamp to take back the products but so far no response from them; apart from emails asking for photos without giving me a solution!
For now I can only give an opinion on the delivery because the lamps will only be given at Christmas.

Really disappointed, no information about the delivery, the emails do not exist, so I only received the money after 10 days, I think you are scammers, they charge you fees and use your money as credit and without interest, good business, right?
The size of what I received is not correct.
I placed an order and as soon as I did, I checked that I had entered a wrong date. I sent 3 messages from the website 2 minutes after placing the order and yet I received no response to any of them and received the product with the wrong date. Non-existent customer service!!

I ordered a non-customized lamp, the corners are poorly cut. I have been wanting to return it for days, but I am not receiving any return options from the provider, my messages are being ignored. Stay away. even though the delivery was quick.

Good morning, I find the lamp not worth what I paid. I expected it to be different.
First of all I did not receive the right sockle and contact Pictyourlamp 2x about this issue didn’t work out, because sadly I still didn’t recieve any reply. I hope I will get one soon.
I wanted to complain but couldn't find a complaints page because it is not well processed.
