I paid for UPS express which is supposed to arrive in 24 hours, the package arrived in 5 days ... I do not know why they put that service, you pay and then it takes longer than a letter. And the second opinion is that the product does not have the quality I thought, it looks like Chinese....

I ordered the gift for my son paid the higher shipping costs for it to arrive on December 24. To date nothing has arrived and my sheet is leaving tomorrow!!! Delivery was granted before Christmas, but it was delivered the 27th of December. Quality of the lamp's light is low.

The quality is very poor and does not look at all like the pictures show. The gift was intended as a Christmas present and I ordered it over a week before Christmas. The website said until 3 days before Christmas that it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, this was not the case - the parcel only arrived 6 days later, i.e. almost 2 weeks after the order was placed, even though it was advertised as 48 hours shipping EU-wide. Even when I asked the support there was no helpful answer only a copy paste answer that the order is in production. Rarely experienced such a bad service unfortunately you can not give zero stars 1 star is unfortunately already too much for such a bottomless performance.
