Products were not delivered to my address but to a collection point. I have still not received a reply to my complaint about this. But feedback on the products would be appreciated. I would say: brazen approach and not very service-oriented

Very happy with the products but very disappointed with the customer service. I had a problem on my order because the point of delivery to recover. My order was on vacation afterwards. I contacted customer service by e-mail, but never got a reply... That's a shame!

Very small product for its price

The goods I ordered and paid for in advance have not been delivered. I have been told for 3 weeks that the goods are in transit. Customer service does not get back to me. Absolutely dubious behavior.

Order never received despite complaint ...

Parcel delivered to parcel store despite giving our address for shipping. Parcel store closed could not pick up parcel now I was told in an e-mail parcel was not picked up will be sent back and we should pay the new shipping so that the package can be sent again. The whole thing is very questionable.

The parcel hasn't arrived yet and the status at chronopost hasn't changed for days!!!! In addition, shipping is expensive and even more expensive if you order directly to your home! Not possible these days! I really hope that the parcel arrives at all!

Very disappointed,doesn't lather well...I've got pimples and my skin has become ugly since I used skin care.my skin isn't soft,so I'm going to stick with my old natural goat's milk soap which suited me much better.

I simply didn't receive it, nobody said anything about it because according to DHL it was delivered to the "mailbox" I have NOTHING in the mailbox and was at home all day that day waiting.

Unfortunately, I have not yet received a refund for my return, despite my request to take care of it.

Ordered two goat's milk soaps, received only one and never heard from customer service again. Thank you Pin Up Secret!

The soap doesn't leave my skin feeling good and unfortunately it doesn't completely remove all the dirt and make-up. I have to go over it with another cleanser afterwards and that doesn't make sense for me. Unfortunately, I can't understand the hype and can't use it🙁

I received a damaged box with half of my order inside. I contacted customer service but they did not return it.

Hello, the pump for the oil-free cream doesn't work and they don't want to replace it. I'm very disappointed with the after-sales service as I've been a customer for quite some time. Best regards

I only received one soap from my order but paid for two. I have already written to the company twice but no one is moving

Envelope not closed with sticker still in place So empty envelope! I paid delivery costs for nothing Not serious No response from after-sales service If necessary I kept the envelope as proof.

Missing products

The handling of my order as well as the delivery was top notch but the product did not meet my expectations.

I have not yet received an order confirmation or the goods, the invoice was paid by Paypal and there was no response to my inquiry either
