Very disappointed 2 times damaged product
Responsiveness ++ for parcel dispatch. On the other hand, after-sales service is neglected and almost non-existent for returns. That says a lot about the motivations of this company, which must be very profitable ...
Three shipments were sent, each one was lost, the fourth was delivered. Anything can happen, especially in the run-up to Christmas, but the communication and support from Pinup was a disaster! No concessions, no goodwill or refunds. I waited over 2 months for my order.
The returns process is an act and not at all customer-friendly. If you swear by your product, it is also possible to send it back with less effort and at a lower cost. Always read what you can expect, here the ingredients didn't fit at all and through experience reports, unfortunately read too late, nothing at all for sensitive skin.
Miserable communication.
Two of the three products arrived with damaged packaging. The make-up remover even had half of its protective film open. It is questionable how long the product will now keep, as I cannot of course determine when the protective film was partially removed (the product can only be kept for 12 months after opening). The face cream has leaked and the container is sticky as a result. I suspect that I received a product that had already been opened and returned by another customer. I was so outraged that I forgot to take a photo of everything, which means I am now unable to request a refund. All in all, I bought and paid for 3 expensive products, 2 of which were damaged, opened and some of which have already leaked. Never again!
I received my parcel on time, only the oil-free cream "button" where you press to take out the cream gets stuck all the time. I have to press it several times to keep it straight. It's annoying all the same.
I don't like the soap at all. My skin dries out mega and gets red
My skin has never been so reactive and fragile. I am very disappointed.
When I ordered it, it said two to three working days, but somehow it only arrived three weeks later.
Customer service and Instagram unprofessional and I was blocked. Shipment was sent way too late and never arrived. Was threatened with a lawyer. A pure disaster.

I regret having ordered! I am missing a jar of precious cream and moreover I received the jar of cream without oil empty and taped tel a tester! I'm outraged that the after-sales service did nothing because the weight of the package was taken by the carrier!
Oil-free cream pumps don't work
Zero satisfaction, this will be my last purchase from you, I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago and so far I have not received my package.

Bad customer focus
Unfortunately, the products do not deliver what was promised. My son still has spots and gets new ones.

25.10. ordered and paid... Today, 09.11. still no goods received.
I think it's mean, because I ordered on 22.10.2024 and only received an email 2 weeks later that part of my order was not available. And I still have to wait at least until probably 15.11.
Goods not received to date. Ordered on 26.09.2024. No response to inquiries.
Unfortunately I have not received my complete order, one part is missing (goat's milk soap)
