Shipping took over 10 days which is too long

2 wrong items received, after returning the wrong items still not received the correct goods, support slow, you have to keep asking for information yourself

Since I have ordered and the order is completely somewhere else and I have not gotten my money back I am not satisfied because I have given the address correctly and you have sent it wrong.

Unfortunately I had to wait a very long time for my order, which I found disappointing, I needed some things urgently.

Bad customer focus

Unfortunately, the products do not deliver what was promised. My son still has spots and gets new ones.

25.10. ordered and paid... Today, 09.11. still no goods received.

I think it's mean, because I ordered on 22.10.2024 and only received an email 2 weeks later that part of my order was not available. And I still have to wait at least until probably 15.11.

Goods not received to date. Ordered on 26.09.2024. No response to inquiries.

Unfortunately I have not received my complete order, one part is missing (goat's milk soap)

Parcel was delivered to a parcel store that no longer exists.

Shipping is very slow, I still haven't received my order after more than two weeks. That's a shame, especially as I'm going on vacation in two days.

I have not yet been able to pick up my order or have not been notified that I can pick it up at the Packstation!

My order could not be delivered directly to me, but I had to collect it from a ParcelShop.

Product is very good. Customer service, doesn't work for me at all, no accommodation, although the delivery address was given, it was left at the packing station, when I wrote to customer service, they were not at all accommodating, made me aware that I would have to pay shipping costs again if I didn't pick up the package. I informed them that I am not mobile, but the customer service was not interested at all, they were rather snippy, therefore product top, customer service flopp

The order has not yet arrived, although I should have received it by now according to the email.

I placed an order on 16.09. and have still not received the delivery (as of 30.09.).

Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with the product. I ordered it because of an influencer. I have severe skin problems on my chin. The soap just dries out my skin completely, leaving me feeling very tight. It does nothing more than that, very disappointing!

I have written to the dealer that a soap is missing, he wanted to refund this amount. Nothing has happened to date and no reply since then.

I'm sorry these creams don't suit me, but I'm not saying they're bad products, but I have very fine, fragile skin and with the soap, mask and cream my skin is very, very dry, which gives me redness.
