Shipping is very slow, I still haven't received my order after more than two weeks. That's a shame, especially as I'm going on vacation in two days.

Product is very good. Customer service, doesn't work for me at all, no accommodation, although the delivery address was given, it was left at the packing station, when I wrote to customer service, they were not at all accommodating, made me aware that I would have to pay shipping costs again if I didn't pick up the package. I placed an order on 16.09. and have still not received the delivery (as of 30.09.).
Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with the product. I ordered it because of an influencer. I have severe skin problems on my chin. The soap just dries out my skin completely, leaving me feeling very tight. It does nothing more than that, very disappointing!
I have written to the dealer that a soap is missing, he wanted to refund this amount. Nothing has happened to date and no reply since then.

The soap dries out the skin considerably and leaves it feeling tight. It does not suit my sensitive skin. The product is better suited to thicker skin.

After that it probably went back to the seller. Unfortunately, Pinup Secret has not sent a new order and is in contact with DPD. Unfortunately, they have 30 days to respond. Really annoying.
