The soap doesn't leave my skin feeling good and unfortunately it doesn't completely remove all the dirt and make-up. I have to go over it with another cleanser afterwards and that doesn't make sense for me. Unfortunately, I can't understand the hype and can't use it🙁
I received a damaged box with half of my order inside. I contacted customer service but they did not return it.
Hello, the pump for the oil-free cream doesn't work and they don't want to replace it. I'm very disappointed with the after-sales service as I've been a customer for quite some time. Best regards

I ordered there for the first time and immediately received the wrong goods. Customer service responded by email after 3 days. Either a 40 percent voucher or a return label. Now, of course, I had chosen the return option as I couldn't do anything with the incorrectly delivered products. I looked for a DPD store and have now sent it back. Now I'm curious to see how long and whether I'll get the product I want. After all, 70 euros, which would otherwise be gone. No concession on the part of the store. No apology. It's not my fault if someone there makes a mistake. Everything takes a long time. I could have been a good customer, I am very disappointed.

I cannot judge the article, I did not receive it, because of the delivery service which says stre presented whereas I was there, then so-called 2nd passage Idem and I found a receipt telling me to present me to recover the parcel except that I left on vacations. I sent my daughter to pick it up with photo ID on her phone, and they refused. By the time I get home I don't know if my package will still be there because there is a delay, big disappointment for a 1st order, I so wanted to try the product on my vacation but too bad! So disappointing experience.
I ordered two goat's milk soaps. Only one soap was in the package. I have not yet received a reply from customer service. The soap has also not been redelivered. This is not acceptable, especially as the soaps are expensive. I hope that someone will get in touch with me!!!!!!
