Hello,
We are sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the black truffle received.

If you wish, we can discuss this matter (usage advice, exchange, or commercial gesture).

Absolutely delighted, the fresh and very fragrant truffles arrived in record time and I was able to start flavoring my faux gras terrines the very same day. Special mention to the delivery tracking application with Swiss precision. And thank you for the highly appreciated loyalty discount, you have a customer for years to come!
