Packaging less well than other shipments
The delivery was missed, I had to recover my package, on foot, and, at a crossroads, 500m from my home !!!!. The 2 delivery men didn't seem to know their GPS, or? they were beginners. But I'm tolerant!
Delivery time not respected

Three stars not two because the delivery time was fast, it's my first order and the package arrived in very bad condition because the packaging was too light so the products inside arrived very, very damaged. However I contacted the customer service who answered me quickly but still the packing boxes are too light (even for pants), risk of gutting the package and if there are fragile things..... I do not know if I would recommend this site.
I ordered 2 packs of nateen anatomical protections because on the description it was said that there was a large adhesive strip all along. I received them in time except that no adhesive strip Otherwise I am never disappointed by smartime

The delivery time is quite long and some items in the order are not the right size.

I left my phone number to be notified and in the comments, I had left instructions in case I was absent with the number of a neighbor living in the same building to contact... What is the point of leaving instructions if you don't leave them with the delivery person? And why doesn't GLS warn us of the delivery date? The delivery was made to a neighbor I don't know, but fortunately honest
As far as the site and shipping are concerned, everything is ok and I recommend this site and the products sold and the speed of shipping. However, the transit by the carriers leaves something to be desired. My package arrived several days later and the box had suffered damage. The very nice delivery man asked me to check if everything was present, it was the case...
Product true to its expectations, but delivery by DDP zero, they are supposed to deliver three times, the first instead of home delivery, they put the packages in a relay point, while on the site it is not even proposed. And the icing on the cake, the delivery point is closed for 2 weeks ... so packages stuck 2 weeks. THANK YOU DDP
