What's the point?
Poorly designed site for the age group of people involved.
This site is aimed at elderly people and it is not at all adapted to this category of people, it was not conceived for these people. It is complicated. The out-of-stock items are not indicated! To obtain the gifts it is complicated and one should not make a mistake otherwise to cancel, what a galley! I had very often problems to order and especially to re-order the same things and I sometimes spent a lot of time to simply place the same order!
Serious and fast delivery
The delivery was very long because of a stock shortage and surtt of very long delays 15 J since the order. I am satisfied with the product so far
I didn't get an order tracking. But otherwise, overall satisfied.
Bad because exchange impossible, due to an error on my part. Impossible to return the order not used and therefore, lose a good customer.
