The kibbles are very appreciated and well digested, the delivery is very fast, which is a plus! I switched from my previous brand to yours because the kibbles contain more protein, I recommend.

Kibbles that have been successfully adopted. So far, my cat does not turn his nose up at them and even prefers these to the old ones. Top quality/price ratio. Let's see over time.

Hello everyone! The kibbles are really good kibbles appreciated by my adorable French bulldog. He has very nice stools, much fewer allergies. I recommend them! However, there is one issue, not minor!!! It has been 3 months since I started buying them and the price keeps increasing. The increases are significant!
Translated reviews
Response from TOMOJO
Glad that the kibbles suit your French bulldog and have good effects on his health ?? Regarding the price, there has been no increase before May. For subscriptions, the first order is at -20%, then the following ones at -10%, which may explain a perceived difference. The adjustment that occurred in May is due to the rise in raw material, manufacturing, and transport costs, which impacts the entire supply chain. We do our best to limit these changes. Thank you for your trust ??

The kibbles are of good quality, my dog likes them. However, the delivery, Chronopost changed my chosen relay point without explaining why or asking for my opinion... it's just a 12kg bag after all... Regarding the kibbles, the bag looks very 'budget', we regret the lack of airtight/resealable closure especially at the price per kg and given the daily openings and closings (we all have tape and other clothespins).
Translated reviews
Response from TOMOJO
We are delighted to learn that your dog enjoys our kibbles and that their quality satisfies you ?? Regarding the bag, it was indeed designed intentionally in a responsible approach: it is recycled and recyclable. This is a thoughtful choice to minimize environmental impact. For the delivery, we are sorry for this inconvenience. The choice or modification of the relay point can sometimes be imposed by the carrier (saturation, temporary closure, logistical constraints), and this unfortunately remains independent of our will. In principle, an email notification is sent in this case, but it can sometimes be poorly communicated or delayed. Thank you again for your trust and constructive feedback ??

Mixed feelings. The idea is very good for allergic dogs. However, the transition is difficult even though very gradual: my dog has intestinal issues. Furthermore, my email to customer service to know the level of acrolein, a toxic and carcinogenic substance released during high-temperature cooking, went unanswered. Over time, these kibbles cooked at 130°C are potentially harmful. I would have liked to have answers.
Translated reviews
Response from TOMOJO
We completely understand your concern. Our kibbles are not cooked above 130°C. Moreover, we have consulted our quality service to provide you with a reliable and factual response. Acrolein is mainly formed during cooking at much higher temperatures, particularly during frying or overheating fats. In our process, the manufacturing conditions are controlled and do not correspond to these situations. Finally, regarding your message that went unanswered, we are sorry. We do our best to respond quickly, but it can happen that some exchanges take a bit longer, especially when we request technical elements from our quality teams ??

Response from TOMOJO
We are sincerely sorry to learn that your cat did not appreciate our kibbles ?? Unfortunately, just like for us humans, it is difficult for 100% of cats to like them. At Tomojo, we are a small, young, and committed French company, and we really do our best to satisfy every companion (and their human ??). We would love to offer you a solution: we would be happy to send you a package of our second brand of insect kibbles for free so that your cat can try another recipe. Some cats prefer one formula over another ?? Don't hesitate to contact us via private message or email so we can arrange this. And if your experience evolves after this new trial, it would help us immensely if you could update your review. For a small structure like ours, every feedback really counts ??

Hello, I have been using Tomojo kibbles for my 2 French bulldogs (3 and a half years and 12 months) for 2 months now and I am completely satisfied ?? I chose this brand for 2 reasons... my female had issues with soft stools and allergies (atopic) and my little male unfortunately has a severe food intolerance since he was a puppy (regurgitations ++ with other kibbles even with the home-cooked ration) and I can tell you that after 2 months my female is having competition-worthy poops (lol) and my little male has seen his regurgitations decrease by 90%! So yes, I recommend these Tomojo kibbles! Easy ordering and fast delivery! Thank you to the Tomojo team for your products and keep it up ??

I wanted to test these insect-based kibbles because they are hypoallergenic and avoid itching since my dog was losing hair and had marks on her skin. It has been a few months now that she has been eating them very well and I notice that her hair is growing back and she has almost no more marks on her skin. I am very happy about it.
