Hello, Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that two of your three cats have adopted our kibble ?? That said, we know well: with cats, you sometimes have to expect very marked preferences – especially when offering them an original protein source like insects. We cannot guarantee a love at first sight every time, but we can guarantee one thing: quality. Our recipes are complete and balanced, validated by veterinarians, and formulated with traceable insect protein, rich in essential amino acids, hypoallergenic, and highly digestible. Thank you again for your trust, and pets to your feline trio, even to the most skeptical! The Tomojo team

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your dog did not tolerate the kibble well. As we discussed over the phone, each animal is unique, and some particularly sensitive profiles – like yours – may react to any dietary change, no matter how gradual it is. You mentioned that your dog was already very picky, and that it was a friend who recommended you try the insect kibble. It is important to remember that this type of reaction is not representative of the quality of our products, especially since your neighbor's dog, for whom you order Tomojo kibble, enjoys them without issue. At Tomojo, we pride ourselves on offering quality kibble, formulated with traceable insect protein, rich in essential amino acids, hypoallergenic, and highly digestible – a formulation validated by veterinarians. We hope that the solution proposed by your veterinarian will better meet your dog's very specific needs. We remain at your disposal if needed. Thank you and have a great day. The Tomojo team

Pets deserve food that they love and that keeps them healthy! ?? Our insect-based kibbles are packed with nutrients for shiny coats and overall well-being. Choose Tomojo, sustainable, tasty, and good for your pet and the planet ????

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your feelings. We completely understand your remark. Delivery fees are indeed the same at a relay point or at home, as they primarily reflect the actual logistical costs we incur from the carriers. Delivery fees are free for orders over 80 euros. We understand that budget is a real issue, especially for responsible and alternative food. We are constantly working on it, whether by optimizing our costs or offering alternatives. Thank you nonetheless for your trust, and do not hesitate to write to us if you have any questions or need to adjust your formula ??. Have a great day. The Tomojo team

Thank you for your feedback, and see you soon on tomojo.co ??

Great news, we are delighted that the kibble is unanimously appreciated ??

Hello, Thank you for your message and for sharing a bit of your cat's story ?? We completely understand that our kibble may not be suitable for all profiles, especially for the more fragile ones like yours. Our recipes are designed to be hypoallergenic, rich in protein, and digestible, but the size of the kibble can indeed pose a problem when there are no more teeth to chew. We take good note of your feedback – it’s this kind of concrete feedback that helps us improve. Thank you again for your trust, and a nice pet to your little survivor ?? The Tomojo team
