We ordered an ethanol fireplace last Wednesday, and it was delivered yesterday (Tuesday) by UPS. We unpacked it the next day, and it was installed in less than 30 minutes! We spent more time gathering the tools (drill, Molly bolt pliers, level, tape measure)!!!!! As for quality, there are a few minor assembly defects, but they are easy to touch up; otherwise, nothing to complain about. The unit matches the product shown on the website. In short, I recommend this store, where they are always happy to answer us by phone or email, and within a very reasonable timeframe. Excellent value for money!!!

Sent very quickly by carrier. The only downside is that the carrier never contacted me and came by when I wasn't home. I had to collect my 40 kg package 20 km from my home.

Excellent presentation of the product, careful packaging, and ultra-fast delivery. The ADA XL is designed to be placed in an existing fireplace. I haven't started it up yet, but the construction seems very sturdy.

Delivery was very fast. The photos on the website match the picture I received (the central part of the picture). However, there are areas of missing paint around the black-colored border (the white shows through in several places); this is a workmanship quality issue. It's disappointing.

Everything was perfect, from ordering (the website is really well designed and has everything you need) to the very fast delivery of the product we selected. We also called for some additional advice and were greeted very kindly and given a satisfactory answer. We are very satisfied with our purchase of a bioethanol fireplace from WIKAO.

The product is not finished well at all. The welds are rough, and the burner housing is not secured properly at all. Nothing like the photos on the website... Very disappointed aesthetically.

Very good service and fast delivery (one day later than the date predicted by the carrier, but this was an international delivery, so that's normal). The long lighter ordered with the fireplace arrived broken, but customer service has already offered us a solution.
