Excellent product, delivered on time and in excellent condition... great value for money!!!! The only downside is that the fireplace comes with concrete wall plugs only... it would be useful to include plugs for plasterboard as well....

A carrier who delivered to a neighbor without notifying me, appalling assembly finish on the fireplace (bent and poorly riveted frame), a pump that doesn't work (cut power cable)... At the very least, checking the contents of the boxes before shipping would have been more professional and would have prevented the goods from being sent. Regards. P.S.: After a few hours of work to fix these defects, everything is now properly installed.

Response from Wikao
Dear Sir or Madam,
We are sorry that your order arrived damaged. Please be aware, however, that we carry out quality checks on our products before shipping them; this was done for your order. It was certainly mishandled during transport, and we have no way of checking it once it has left our warehouse.
We do provide after-sales service for all the goods we ship, and therefore do not understand why you did not contact us as soon as you received the defective products. We would have worked together to find a solution to your problem.

Before purchase, I received a detailed and prompt response. After purchase, delivery was trouble-free within 3 days, and the product matches the description. I'm waiting for the first cold weather to test my fireplace. I really have nothing to complain about regarding the service. Well, just thank you.

Excellent advice from the seller over the phone. Reassured by the safety of the fireplaces sold on this site. The only downside was the delivery company chosen for this fireplace (UPS Vitrolles). The fireplace is beautiful and has a lovely design.

Good delivery time and satisfied with the Sidney ethanol tabletop fireplace. It's a shame there isn't a fiberglass sponge inside the burner to distribute the flames better and save on ethanol. So I bought this sponge from another website.

We had agreed by phone and email, and specified on our order form, that we did not want delivery before a certain date. Obviously, this was not taken into account, and our parcel was left somewhere else. Also, a drilling template should be provided for the fixings. Nothing is included, and the holes are difficult to locate.
