This ethanol fireplace meets my expectations, and delivery was fast. They also called me back even though I hadn't left a message... that's rare enough to be worth mentioning.

Good service, product as described. The only downside is that the delivery arrangements with the carrier need to be reviewed, as the parcel was destroyed on arrival. This does not give a good impression of the quality of the service.

Very fast delivery. We are waiting for some work to be done before installing it. However, we already have a small auxiliary fireplace that we bought 7 years ago and are delighted with it. They did not take our suggested delivery time into account (fortunately, the neighbors were there). Too bad.

VALENCE RECEPTION: Extremely pleasant and welcoming. PRODUCT: Perfectly as described. DELIVERY: Awful, unbearable. They deliver without notifying us. We were out, so we had to rush back from Boulogne, dropping everything, so as not to keep the driver waiting. He was clearly annoyed when we arrived. He left the pallet in the middle of the way and took off. We had to bother our neighbors to help us unpack it and bring the fireplace down into the houseboat. Thanks to the driver, whom we would have rewarded generously if he had helped us even a little. The carrier needs to be changed. Kind regards. ***

Fast delivery and the fireplace matches the description. Haven't used it yet as we're waiting for colder weather. A screw was missing from the package, but it was quickly sent by mail after contacting customer service. Recommended.
