The fireplace arrived with a detached foot. The product quality does not meet my expectations. Poor value for money.

Very good quality fireplace; very fast delivery; assembly is not too complicated, but a small instruction booklet would be a plus.

Excellent, delivery time respected, product as described. One regret: the instructions could be more complete, and moving the fireplace while its glass is in contact with the tiles is tricky.

Good service. But there is a dent on the top of the fireplace (on stainless steel, unfortunately, it shows)... though I only noticed it after unpacking (and had thrown away the bulky box).

I still haven't received my coffee table, even though it was shipped on December 16.

Response from Wikao
Your order was shipped on December 16, and a delivery driver came to your home on Friday, December 19, but you were not there.
On Monday the 22nd, an appointment was made with you for delivery on December 23, and it was indeed delivered at 3:45 p.m.
We find your comment very, very harsh, as I don't see what more we could have done during the holiday season, especially since we had informed you that delivery would take 3 days because it was being transported on a pallet.
Furthermore, you knew you were going to receive your delivery the next day, but that did not stop you from leaving this review, which we do not deserve.

Quite satisfied with the service and the product... but one major downside: has any of your designers tried to assemble this model? Probably not, because while the small side is easy to screw on, installing the large side is an acrobatic feat requiring magic tricks. The gap between the fireplace and the walls is so tiny that you need the hands of a Vietnamese person to install it (and I don't even have big hands!). I know people who would find it completely impossible to fit their hand into this absolutely tiny space!!! You should rethink this, as you will obviously get complaints. Thank you... on their behalf!

Amazingly fast delivery! Careful and effective packaging. The item matches the order perfectly (it could have been mentioned that this model is reversible). Assembly instructions should be included with the fireplace. I also bought a lighter at the same time, but I don't know how or what to use to refill it. Please let me know.

No information at all about the delivery date. I had to wait until 3:30 p.m. the next day without knowing what time it would arrive, and cancel my personal appointments!! There is a dent in one corner of the fireplace that I hadn't noticed!! The delivery person was in a hurry, and I only checked the glass panels!! Unfortunately!!

Friendly and helpful seller, nice goodwill gesture, extremely short delivery time, parcel well packed and item in perfect condition... now we'll have to see whether the white fireplace (Onyx) stays that way with use, as promised...

Very satisfactory product for the price (tabletop ethanol fireplace); I had started looking in stores, and I think an equivalent would cost twice as much! Very fast delivery. The only downside: a small scratch on one of the glass panels, which I don't think was protected well enough.
